6. Warranties & Defects

VVR Constructions provides statutory warranties in accordance with the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA), including a defects liability period as specified in your contract. We are committed to rectifying defects reported within this period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VVR Constructions' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

8. Intellectual Property
